Grand Canyon Estates is located in North Central Arizona just minutes from Valle. That puts it only about 30 minutes south of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and 30 minutes north of Williams, AZ.  Valle is approx. 30 minutes north of Williams, AZ and approx. 30 minutes from the Grand Canyon. It is a small town that has an Inn, gas station, convenience store and the Valle Airport. Flagstaff is the county seat and is the closest metropolitan area with an estimated population of only 68,000 and about 50 miles away, just an hour away. It is located next to Mount Elden, just south of the San Francisco Peaks, which includes Humphreys Peak, at over 12,600ft, within an hour drive you have the highest point in the state and the lowest.

Grand Canyon National Park, in Arizona, is home to much of the immense Grand Canyon, with its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history. Flagstaff

Flagstaff is an hour drive away, often called the “The City of Seven Wonders” because it sits in the midst of the Coconino National Forest and is circled by the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Wupatki National Monument, Sunset Crater National Monument, and the San Francisco Peaks. Flagstaff is the biggest city situated in the southwestern USA, in Northern Arizona.  Flagstaff has a somewhat dry continental climate with four distinct seasons. The mix of low humidity and high altitude supply balmy weather conditions throughout most of the entire year, as well as day warming, is radiated by the mostly clear atmosphere efficiently. Overnight temperatures year-round are often reduced compared to daytime temperature on account of the high altitude. Winters are extremely cold with plenty of snow. Highs usually are in the 20s, 30s, and the 40s. Winter nights could be quite chilly, with temperatures regularly going far below zero.
